Yes, you have to keep yanking your pants like all leggings, but you can move around in it and look slimmer than when everything is hanging loose.

I love the look of the 2 piece sweat suit. I have the black and baby blue one. I didn't like that it was super thin. I had to wear long johns underneath mine to have the material appear thicker. It was well made however.
