I love this item, a medium gave what it was suppose to gave but the halter part was a little big so I had nip slips. It is sheer, but thongs or no dhow panties should do you good.

I purchased a size small. For reference, I am 5'8 140lbs. 34-25-37 and my thighs are about 22inch circumference. I wouldn't say I am slim thick but I do have more muscular thighs and a bigger butt. It was a bit tight and stretch-wise, it doesn't have much allowance. I will order a black one, but go to a size medium just in case.
