Purchase for your body shape. It is true to size. I purchased based on other peoples reviews and got a size up and it fits, but loosely. I purchased a large and I am 5’4, 150 lbs, with a 30.5 waist and I’m not super curvy. Also, It’s soft. If you are more blessed be realistic, lol.
