I got L and it fits a little big on my waist and belly, good compression on legs and arms though.I think I will try M next time, butt totally gonna order more from here.Also the quality is perfect

I love the outfit. It\'s a thin light weight material which makes it a good spring or summer set or for a cool or breezy day.

I love the look of the 2 piece sweat suit. I have the black and baby blue one. I didn\'t like that it was super thin. I had to wear long johns underneath mine to have the material appear thicker. It was well made however.
