Let me tell u babyyyy, I’m 188 and 5’3 I normally wear L, Bc I’m extra thick on the bottom, I thought the XL wouldn’t fit but it did the dress has some stretch in it, and it’s so pretty so definitely go a size up or even 2 if u want to be real comfortable hope that helps u
